Use it a few times a week for drafts and summaries, and you reach Summoner.
- Pick one task you do every week and decide to hand its first step to AI (drafting an email, summarizing a long text, tidying meeting notes, translating).
- When you ask, add one line each on purpose, audience and format (length, bullet points and so on). This alone changes the quality of the answer.
- Don't stop at one reply. Follow up with "shorter" or "fewer technical terms". The more you go back and forth, the closer you get to mastery.
- Before entering workplace information, check your company's rules on confidential data.
AI never gets annoyed when things go wrong. Being able to ask again as often as you like is the great thing about a familiar.

Why "Summoner"?
Someone who can program is a wizard who casts magic by combining spells of their own.
Someone who achieves the same with AI is a summoner: instead of writing the formulae, they call familiars and have them do the work.
This diagnosis was built from that definition. It expresses how well you wield AI as a summoner's rank.
